Your application will be handled personally by an experienced professional who will meet with your family to get to know you and your needs. During this meeting we will also provide you with practical paperwork for interviewing your candidates, negotiating salary/benefits, employment contracts, tax obligations and more.
You will also be relieved to know that TLC also has a temporary service available to provide back-up caregivers for your nanny's absences or for evening babysitting. Our temporary caregivers are carefully screened and available around the clock. We can always be reached during business hours. Our phones are staffed with knowledgeable personnel weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We maintain an after-hours messaging service after 5:30 p.m. that is checked regularly.
