A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of full time nanny experience and be willing to be career nanny with this family. Responsibilities will include: create a nurturing and safe environment. Arrange appointments age appropriate outings, and classes outside of the home. Planning and leading social and educational activities, reading books, Placing child down for naps and bedtime, changing diapers, feedings, meal prep, dressing and bathing. Child's laundry and light housekeeping to keep the home clean and tidy through the day at at the end of the day before the parents arrive home. Household duties: Laundry for child, keeping child's room clean and organized, make beds, take out trash, load and unload dishwasher, put away toys. There is a pet dog in the home. She is an 8 year old chocolate lab. She is laid back and very friendly. Biggest flaw is she loves to lick! On occasion you may be asked to walk the dog and give her food and water.
