Please submit by Wednesday for Saturday nights! Email requests and fax requests are only received during office hours.

Rates

|
• $30 agency set-up fee for each TLC sitter visit (* Mastercard or Visa required for agency fee)
|
|
• Caregiver Fee to be paid in cash directly to caregiver.
|
|
• TLC Caregivers are to be paid a minimum of $12.00/hr (1-3 kids) or $14.00/hr (4 - 5 kids).
|
|
• 4 hour minimum on all services.
|
|
• Any parking fees to be incurred by the caregiver are the responsibility of the client.

| Cancellation Policy |
• The client's credit card will be charged the agency set-up fee following a confirmation call to the client for the visit. This fee covers the agency work in setting up the visit. It is not refundable. |
| • 48 Hours notice is required for caregiver cancellation or you will be billed caregiver fee (4 hourminimum) on the credit card. |
