**The TLC Agency finds and places full-time housekeepers and Chefs.
Our professional Placement Counselors at TLC will recruit and advertise to find you domestic staff to suite your needs. All applicants will be personally interviewed and carefully screened before you meet them. We will arrange interviews with you or or your household manager with only highly qualified candidates.
To start the search process:
1. Complete application form.
Please be as detailed as possible so that TLC can send you candidates that meet your specific needs and qualifications. A $250 non-refundable application fee will be charged to your credit card.
2. Review and sign TLC contract.
It is important that you understand our agreement.
Selecting and Hiring:
1. Interview candidates in your home.
2. Make an offer to a candidate.
3. Negotiate salary and benefits.
Average salary is between $500 and $700 per week. Benefits typically include at least one week of paid vacation, and 2-3 paid sick or personal days.
4. Complete "intent to hire" form for additional background checks.
5. Complete employment contract. TLC provides a bare bones contract for your use.
10% of the annual salary (52 weeks)
