Membership and fees:

A signed registration form with a TLC contract must be current to use TLC.
There is an agency fee and a caregiver fee for each visit.
Caregivers are paid directly by the client at the end of each visit.
The agency fee will be charged to your Mastercard or Visa for every TLC visit.
$50 initial registration fee
$25 annual membership renewal fee

*Rates as of September 1, 2008:

Daytime and Evening care	$20	$10.00/hr (1-3 kids) $11.00/hr (4-5 kids)
Sick care	$25	$11.00/hr (1-3 kids) $12.00/hr (4-5 kids)
Overnight care (6pm-8am)	$20	$90 (1-3 kids) $100(4-5 kids)
Around the clock care	$25	$120 (1-3 kids) $130 (4-5 kids)
After-hours and same-day services.	additional $5

All above rates are minimum allowable rates. Tipping for a job well done is always appreciated by caregivers.
*Rates will vary on major holidays.

Cancellation Policy

The client's credit card will be charged the agency set-up fee following a confirmation call to the client for the visit. This fee covers the agency's work in setting up the visit. It is not refundable.
24 hours notice is required for caregiver cancellation or you will be responsible for paying the caregiver fee (4 hour minimum).

Reservations

Angela, our Director of Temporary Services, makes every effort to be efficient and consistent when setting up your child care needs. However, to do this she needs your assistance. Let her know what is important to you. Tell her about your family and what you like in a caregiver. Also please respect the following:

We prefer 24 hour notice, but require at least 3 hours to arrange a caregiver.
Call by Wednesday for Saturday evenings.
For major sporting events, concerts, New Year's Eve, and school holidays call at least one week in advance.
To request a specific caregiver, try to give a one week notice.
