Hotel Sitters

Since 1985 TLC has been providing nanny and baby sitting services for St. Louis hotels. TLC sitters are professionally screened, warm, nurturing, mature caregivers selected specially for their experience, reliability and commitment to quality child care. All reservations should be made prior to your arrival in St. Louis with our request for sitting services form.

| TLC Office hours: |
| • Weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m |
| • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon |
| • An answering machine is checked regularly when the office is closed for last minute needs. |

Notification
Please fax or submit our convenient reservation form well in advance. Advance notice of one week is requested, however, last minute requests are welcome. Please submit by Wednesday for Saturday nights! Email requests and fax requests are only received during office hours.

Rates
|
|
• $30 agency set-up fee for each TLC sitter visit (* Mastercard or Visa required for agency fee)
|
|
• Caregiver Fee to be paid in cash directly to caregiver.
|
|
• TLC Caregivers are to be paid a minimum of $12.00/hr (1-3 kids) or $14.00/hr (4 - 5 kids).
|
|
• 4 hour minimum on all services.
|
|
• Any parking fees to be incurred by the caregiver are the responsibility of the client.
|
| Cancellation Policy |
| • The client's credit card will be charged the agency set-up fee following a confirmation call to the client for the visit. This fee covers the agency work in setting up the visit. It is not refundable. |
| • 48 Hours notice is required for caregiver cancellation or you will be billed caregiver fee (4 hourminimum) on the credit card. |
