Religious and Social Organizations
Social, professional, and religious groups can assure high attendance and enjoyment at their meetings, events, and during worship if their members know their children are being well cared for close by. TLC has been staffing church and temple nurseries since our inception in 1985. We are available on an as needed basis for holidays and special events and can provide regular staff for weekly worship hours.Corporate Care

Back-up childcare helps lower absenteeism, improve recruiting and retention, and supports employees when their co-workers have unscheduled absences resulting from childcare emergencies.Providing sick child care and back-up child care for employees is easy with TLC's corporate program. Corporations can choose from a few levels of participation.

Day Care Substitutes
TLC to the rescue! Now day care centers can find experienced, screened caregivers to fill in when their own employees are absent. Our temporary service is available with only three hours notice. TLC can also help you find and screen permanent employees that meet your centers criteria.The TLC Staff
TLC has an on-call staff of carefully screened and insured child caregivers. To become a TLC For Kids caregiver, each candidate goes through a rigorous screening process. All caregivers' references and work records are investigated by TLC. Each TLC caregiver has been personally interviewed and CPR certified. Only those individuals who are warm and alert to child care needs are accepted. TLC also requires a police record check, a TB test, abuse and neglect check and prior child care experience.Group Care Policies

Rates vary depending on the size of group, length of job and location. Please call for current rates. A 50 percent down payment is required for groups requesting 5 or more caregivers. Additional charges include: Parking ~ Snacks and Meals ~ Field trips ~ Arts and Crafts materials ~ Entertainers |

Caregivers are available 7 days per week both day and evening hours. There is a four hour minimum on all group services. Our office is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We also check our messages frequently for emergency requests. |

For your Protection
TLC carries liability insurance and is bonded. A copy of our policy is available through the Charles Crane Agency upon request. TLC will also provide a release form to protect your company or organization.At the client's request, our group care service can include an on-site co-ordinator. The coordinator will oversee the total program and monitor the whereabouts of parents with sign-in and sign-out sheets. For large groups of over 25 children, a coordinator will be required before the event and durring the event.
