|Before You Begin
Step #2: Submit a detailed and accurate application (use "Apply for a job" button at right or below).
Step #3: Interview with a TLC staff member.
Step #4: Provide documentation including a police record check, certifications, written letters of reference. Assist the TLC staff in finalizing your file by completing, submitting and signing all required documents.
Step #5: Orientation
After you have been successfully interviewed and screened, TLC will invite you to attend an orientation to understand and review TLC policies.
Step #6 (permanent nannies only): Interviewing with the families.
After you have reviewed open positions and your chosen families have read your file, TLC will facilitate an interview. During the interview you will have the chance to meet the family, interact with the children and learn more details about the position.
