Sharon Graff-Radell is the founder and president of TLC for Kids, Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri, and Vice President of the International Nanny Association (INA), of which she has been a member since 1988. TLC has been providing temporary services and nanny placements since 1985. TLC was one of the first in-home emergency and sick child care services in the country. TLC has served as a national model for temporary in-home child care and has assisted hundreds of agencies in developing temporary services throughout the United States and Canada. Sharon was named the Young Entrepreneur for the state of Missouri in 1990. She has also worked with the Missouri Customized Job Training Program to develop specialized training programs for nannies and post partum care providers. Sharon has been leading seminars and workshops at INA conferences and consulting since 1992.
